      In August 2018, a new regulation on the highest permissible concentrations and intensities of agents harmful to health in the work environment should enter into force. The draft regulation is being subjected to public consultation. Why the current regulation should be replaced with a new one and what can we expect from the new regulations?

      We have many machines and production lines in the production area. We strive for a state in which every employee will be able to handle as many machines as possible. Thus, there is a situation in which an employee in the position of a machine operator serves completely different machines than another employee in the same position (within one or different departments). In this case, will it be correct to develop additional occupational risk assessments for each outlet and familiarize the employee with subsequent assessments as they train on subsequent machines, or should each time an employee increases competences, update the risk assessment for that particular employee?
