While performing construction works, you can find those that in the general provisions of health and safety at work, detailed rules and in the operating instructions for equipment and installations have been identified as particularly hazardous work. • Accidents at work on the construction site (5)
For years, construction has been at the forefront of the most accident-prone branches of the economy. The analysis of accidents at construction sites shows that most of them are related to the performance of various works at heights (over 50% of fatal accidents in construction and almost 10% in the national economy). These dangers result primarily from work on roofs (assembly of foot-roofs and roofing), as well as scaffolding (thermal insulation, plastering and painting, assembly of façade elements).
