    I plan to buy a raw material in which the safety data sheet has the phrase H351. It is suspected of causing cancer, but in section 2 of the card there is a phrase: it is not classified as a dangerous substance or mixture. Is H351 phrase suitable for classification as carcinogenic or mutagenic?
