• Health and safety at work with energy equipment - new regulation (3)

It contains a lot of information and requirements that must be met by both employees and the employer. The scope of the employer's responsibility has increased and the essence of having an operating manual has been emphasized. The regulation also contains a lot of clarifications, seemingly obvious, but important from the legal point of view.
