In the opinion of the authors of this regulation on occupational safety and hygiene when operating tower cranes and quick-assembly regulations contained in it, will improve safety in the area of organization of transport work using tower cranes, which in turn should contribute to reducing the number of accidents at work. But will the new regulations actually positively affect the improvement of work safety, or correspond with the current state of various organizational structures on construction sites? The regulations in Directive 2014/34 / EU refer to the introduction of explosion-proof products to the market and are limited to manufacturers of these products. Apart from the production situations for own use, the ATEX directive imposes obligations on producers.
