Since the adoption of the Paris Agreement in 2015, at each meeting signatories to the Climate Convention have been trying to encourage poorer countries to take action to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. These actions are voluntary and in many cases do not give a warranty for its effective limitation in a reasonable time perspective.
