They have no comfort in bed and, what's worse, are exposed to various ailments - coronary diseases, neuroses and various infections. Studies show that most people are chronically sleep deprived. The reasons are different, sometimes surprising. For many, sleepiness has become something of a fashion, synonymous with success. People who sleep 4-5 hours a day are considered dynamic and ambitious, able to overcome all obstacles. Nothing could be more wrong. Psychologists say that well-rested people are more productive.
  • COP-25 in Madrid
    Since the adoption of the Paris Agreement in 2015, at each meeting signatories to the Climate Convention have been trying to encourage poorer countries to take action to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. These actions are voluntary and in many cases do not give a warranty for its effective limitation in a reasonable time perspective. Meanwhile, there are instruments through which wealthier countries could help poorer countries take action to curb a climate disaster. The Madrid meeting in 2019 was a step towards the implementation of such instruments under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
