Work in confined spaces is particularly hazardous and involves a high risk of an accident. Spaces where the possibility of movement is limited due to their size or construction, such as tanks, ducts, wells, sewage wells, as well as work, e.g. inside technical devices in factories, requires knowledge and experience, careful preparation, also the use of specialized equipment . The goal is to identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions - not only for employees who perform their duties on a daily basis, but also for rescuers. At the same time, this issue is relatively still poorly recognized in Poland.

The Central Institute for Labor Protection - National Research Institute invited to the international conference entitled "Novel technological innovations for occupational safety and health" (OSH Inno Tech) of both scientists and practitioners operating in the broadly understood field of occupational safety.
- Risk behavior of young drivers in the light of the fuzzy trace theory (12)
The group of young drivers is over-represented in police traffic accident statistics. The article presents a description of selected research on this issue. Then this problem was presented in the perspective of cognitive processes described in the fuzzy trace theory. This concept assumes the existence of two independent memory traces (the so-called trace of form and trace of content), and also describes their relationship with decision-making processes by distinguishing between analytical (based on the trace of the form) and intuitive (based on the trace of the content) reasoning. The fuzzy trace theory assumes that risky behaviors can be a consequence of reasoning that can be explained by a trace of form and indicates that this type of inference dominates young people. The fuzzy track theory can thus explain young drivers' frequent occurrence of dangerous road behavior.

The article presents selected conditions for the selection and use of collective protection measures against falls from a height in construction, identified during accident investigations and in 10 selected construction companies. Attention was paid to the complexity of identified 11 typical construction works involving works at height, to which 15 to 40 works were assigned.

The article attempts to identify key elements of the concept of trust, such as acceptance of sensitivity to loss, a generalized reciprocity standard, a positive belief in the trustee's intentions and the trustee's credibility. the results of analyzes of publicly available data are also presented, which indicate that Polish residents have a very low level of trust in other people and public institutions. Attention was also paid to the importance of trust for modern societies, which, according to the conducted data analysis, are strongly associated with many key indicators of the functioning of society, such as a sense of satisfaction with personal life and public life.

Determining the scope of the law allowed to cite the works of other researchers in their own scientific statements is of prime importance, both from the perspective of professional reliability and ensuring the lawfulness of actions taken. The article reflects on how to recall someone's scientific achievements so as not to be exposed to the charge of copyright infringement.
