  • Method for identifying and identifying requirements of university stakeholders
    The article is of conceptual character and its main purpose is to present the method of identifying and identifying the requirements of internal and external stakeholders in order to take actions to improve the quality of services provided by the university, while ensuring that stakeholders' expectations are met.
  • Problems with rewarding for quality
    The problem of rewarding for quality is a neglected subject in most quality management textbooks. In the past, the TQM classics spoke on this subject. Their doubts concerned whether a bonus for performing work in accordance with the set standards and rules could be granted. The main purpose of the article is to determine to what extent currently applied remuneration systems take into account quality and how they are assessed by employees (eg whether they are the source of perceived injustice). The author has analyzed the literature on the subject. The information on the remuneration systems included in the study come from the research project "Evaluation of management processes in company X", carried out in March and April 2018. However, the description of individual bonus systems was based on interviews conducted with employees of production and service companies in the Opolskie Voivodeship.
  • Selected aspects of risk assessment of defense products suppliers
    The aim of the article is to identify the issues of risk assessment in the aspect of defense products, including related services in the context of their acquisition. The research carried out at the WAT Quality Certification Center presented in the first part of the article proves that the presented solution may contribute to the improvement of the quality of supplies for the Polish Armed Forces. They have been verified using the risk perception survey by auditors. The essence of the presented research method is presented in the second part of the article. It is based on the certification of voluntary management systems.

    The main objective of the study is to diagnose changes occurring in the subject scope of the quality guarantee as a tool of complaint, and to indicate the place of the guarantee among the competitiveness factors. The importance of innovative solutions in the manufacturer's guarantee - research results and presenting the opinions of consumers surveyed on innovative solutions in the guarantee and defining the role of this information in improving quality management. The article discusses approaches to the essence of the guarantee, its obligatory and optional elements are defined. Against the background of the standard guarantee, five selected options for innovative warranty solutions were analyzed and the results of the original survey surveys being part of comprehensive testing regarding guarantee institutions were presented. As a research object, a technical university was selected. The survey methods used were a questionnaire and direct interviews.
