  By the end of 2019, employers obliged to do so should draw up a holiday plan for 2020, which should include the days of employees' overdue leave, including unused days of leave on demand. By the end of December, the employer should also grant leave at the request of the outstanding balance for 2018. Employees employed for the first time in their lives acquire the right to leave for each month worked in the first year of work.
