    Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019/130 of 16 January 2019 amending Directive 2004/37 / EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work entered into force on 20 February 2019, i.e. in accordance with Article 3 - the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Binding values for the permissible concentrations for newly introduced chemical substances are given.
