Pursuant to the Waste Act, a waste producer is responsible for their correct classification, i.e. determination of the code on the basis of the waste catalog. According to the waste catalog, the packaging of hazardous substances is classified as 15 01 10 * (packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them). In the case of packaging waste from hazardous substances, the classification can be troublesome, because not every hazardous substance (contained in the packaging) will result in the classification of the waste as a packaging for a hazardous substance. - Waste transportation permit and BDO

Is GDOS, when issuing Annex VII, can / should check whether the entity that is to transport the waste abroad is listed in the BDO as authorized to transport, or is it an unnecessary mixing of competences? - Equipment installed in the device - is it subject to the provisions of the WEEE Act
