The fulfillment of the obligation rests with the communes that create and are responsible for the functioning of the municipal waste management system in their area. - Is it necessary to transfer paper KPO to BDO?
The company has not yet received a registration number and access to the BDO platform. In 2020, it handed over the waste on a paper waste transfer card, because it was possible. How do I record this handover? Can you mark: Waste holder exempt from the register? And how will it have access to issue a card in 2021, or not to issue it at all, but only to keep a paper KPO? - Do you have asbestos? Check what are your obligations

Enterprises discharging wastewater into water and soil or sewage systems are obliged to perform self-monitoring tests / type of sample - daily average in relation to the flow. Controlling - WIOŚ or IPR K perform the tests of the types of samples: średniogodzinna or in respect of average daily time explaining - so show us on training experts and lawyers. - this is the contract we have with the company - we do not have a flow meter. The above-mentioned procedure entails certain negative legal and financial consequences. How to proceed in the above situation. - Which waste is outside the installation
Question: Is the packaging made of paper, cardboard and plastics (foil, polystyrene), which comes from unpacked goods, classified as waste from the operation of the installation? On the premises of the plant, in a separate part of the hall, there is an electric assembly zone, e.g. stations, switchgears, from which cable cuttings, plastics are made. To which group should this waste be included, i.e. from the installation or from outside the installation?
