• Subject of the issue - Which issue is included in KOBIZE and fees
Question: Some time ago, I submitted an application for updating the permit for the introduction of gases and dust into the air. The report lists the emitters and emissions from the welding process, hardening of steel products (acrolein is emitted) and from the stations where battery trucks are charged. When submitting a report to KOBIZE, in addition to the welding process, should I also report the hardening and charging process of battery trucks and should they be included in the environmental fees?

  • Problem leachate from waste storage sites
We have a yard where waste is collected. What is the situation of rainwater drainage from such a square? There is no connection to the municipal sewage system. Currently, after the rain, the water is standing still and after some time it drops. Do you even need to regulate this situation somehow? In general, everything is stored on solid ground, but does the rains not add some substances to the ground from the waste? Of course, all hazardous waste is collected under the roof in appropriate containers (mauzers, etc.).
