  • Subject of the issue: Report to KOBIZE - whether you have to submit a report for previous years
    The obligation to prepare and enter a report in the National Database expires 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which this obligation arose. This is due to Art. 7 sec. 2c of the Act of 17 July 2009 on the system of managing emissions of greenhouse gases and other substances (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1077).
