    By decision of 4 July 2013, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, pursuant to Article 10a of the Environmental Protection Act of 1998, designated the Haringvliet area as a special protection area, excluding the Leenheeren polder from its area. Polder, including agricultural land, was previously included in the site of Community importance, although there were no types of protected habitats or species. The Netherlands Administrative Court annulled the decision because the polder had not previously been included in the special protection area.....
