- Benefits and barriers to implementing quality 4.0 in Polish enterprises - preliminary research
With the spread of the Industry 4.0 concept, the mismatch between traditional methods and quality management tools is becoming increasingly apparent. The purpose of the preliminary research presented in the article was to identify the perceived level of readiness to implement the concept of quality 4.0, as well as the benefits and barriers that enterprises expect to meet as a result of implementing change projects. The article was based on a literature review. The research used a questionnaire made available on the Internet, addressed to representatives of Polish enterprises (CAWI).
- Digital competences and their impact on quality 4.0
Review and characterization of digital competences required in Industry 4.0 conditions and indication of those competences that will be sought to introduce and develop quality management 4.0. Indication of the process of diffusion of competences I4.0 and Q4.0. Research design / research methodology / concept: The following research methods were used in the work: review and critical analysis of the literature on the subject, the method of con-ceptional work, the method of analysis, the method of secondary data analysis, synthesis and logical inference.
