      From January 1, 2022, taxpayers will face revolutionary changes in taxation and taxation of income from employment and non-agricultural activities. The increase in monthly advances on payroll tax due to the repeal of the provisions on the deduction of health insurance from tax, an increase in the annual tax-free amount and an increase in the 1st tax threshold to which the 17% tax rate applies, introduction of an additional deduction from income for the middle class or tax relief for people returning to Poland, as well as retirees and parents raising at least four children - these are the most important changes introduced by the package of amendments to the acts included in the Polish Order.
