    • Constant monitoring at the waste incineration plant (3)
Pursuant to the Regulation on occupational health and safety at municipal waste management, the employer appoints a person responsible for constant monitoring at the municipal waste incineration plant of concentrations of such compounds as polychlorinated biphenyls, dioxins, dibenzofurans, chlorophene, mono- and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heavy metals and gases irritant. The employer also orders periodic inspections in the workplace to verify the presence, quantity and type of microorganisms, as well as the concentration of biogas and heavy metals. Does the monitoring relate to the environment, the incineration area within the meaning of environmental protection and the threat to it, or rather health and safety and the workplace? What does constant monitoring mean? The record is not very precise and the requirement is very serious and very difficult to implement.
