The university as a learning and functioning organization in conditions of diversity should be open to adaptation to the implemented processes of management of modern concepts in this field. The reform of higher education in Poland entering into force also draws attention to the need to take actions leading to the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of an academic institution. One of the pro-positions may be the management of relational capital, which is an element of intellectual capital. Surveys conducted among management experts indicate that relational capital is a success factor in modern management concepts and becomes one of the determinants of organizational development. With reference to the university, the building of relational capital results from its mission and the special role it plays in creating and transferring knowledge. In the shaping of student relational capital, students actively participate, who on the one hand are recipients of educational services, and on the other - co-create the atmosphere and effects of cooperation with employees of an academic institution. The aim of this article is to present the results of empirical research on the identification and assessment of the university's relational capital components from the students' perspective. Empirical research was carried out using the technique of an auditorium survey, while the theoretical part was based on a literature review.
- Food safety culture in theory and practice
Food quality is a collective and multifaceted value, and its most important aspect is and will be security. It is the threshold value and the minimum condition of all actions within the food chain, which translates directly into human health and life and a sense of its certainty. Unfortunately, it is often very often violated, due to the emergence of both accidental and deliberate threats. One of them is the so-called emerging risks, understood as those that have been scientifically identified for the first time and which may result in unexpected, new, unpredictable health effects or significant intensification of effects previously known.

- The use of insourcing in improving the quality of products and services
The quality of products and services is one of the main criteria for making decisions about their purchase, both by individual clients and organizations operating on the market. Entrepreneurs who know the importance of quality undertake efforts to improve the quality of products or services offered. The basic decision made by the company's managers in the production of each complex service or product is to decide whether the components that make up the final product or service are to be manufactured within the organization's structure or are to be purchased outside the organization. This dilemma is known in the Anglo-Saxon literature under the phrase make or buy decision. The practice of the organization's functioning in its diversity shows that once the decision is made, the components are manufactured on the outside or, on the contrary, purchased for some time - the components purchased from an external supplier are, after some time, manufactured independently within the organization. Both industry and scientific literature abounds with examples and analyzes of outsourcing activities implemented so far inside the organization (outsourcing), however the opposite is still insufficiently described, i.e. including processes in the organizational structures whose product is a product or service previously purchased outside organization (insourcing). This article will present the results of research on the phenomenon of insourcing in organizations operating in Poland.
